mission

Our mission is to create alliances based on human values and an innovative vision of life, work, and relationships.
We believe in a new paradigm: Creating Shared Value as means to solve poverty and poverty related diseases. Creating Shared Value (CSV, M. Porter and M. Kramer, 2011) involves creating economic value in a way that also creates value for society by addressing its needs and challenges. CSV is the symbiotic environment where to establish new intersections between social needs and company value progress. In this way CSV allows economic return to the companies at the same time that the companies are working to achieve a positive social impact.

mission

vision

  • We believe in a change of work paradigm, based on a dynamic balance between professional, human and social values.
  • We work on achievement goals, but we also look for a social and human transformation that creates deep satisfaction and fulfillment (transformation not just improvement).
  • We always think win-win. Win-win sees life as a cooperative arena, not a competitive one. Win-win is a frame of mind and heart that constantly seeks mutual benefit in all human interactions. Win-win leads to agreements or solutions that are mutually beneficial and satisfying
vision

values

We encourage that individual skills, diverse backgrounds and cultural differences converge in a co-creative network, because the diversity drives innovation.
Harvard evolutionary biologist E. Mayr noted that competition among individuals would not contribute to evolution if individuals were typologically identical. Individual differences and uniqueness are a prerequisite for evolution.
We believe in the next generation of social networking, based on the following pillars:

  • Management of resources and constructive conflict resolution using Emotional Intelligence (EQ, Daniel Goleman, 1995).
  • Cooperation, Condi-vision, and Co-Evolution using Collaborative Intelligence (CQ, Stephen James Joyce, 2007).

challenge

Our challenge is to move out from our Comfort Zone. Our Comfort Zone is a set of skills, tools and behaviours that we use repetitively, making us feel less at risk. But we are aware that only out of our Comfort Zone our potential can be increased and developed. Indeed we only learn and see new points of view, new ways of working, new ways of building relationships and new modes of collaboration, when we are out of this zone. Out of this the zone we experience, observe, feel and get involved without reservations, and creation and evolution can take place.

who we are

neglected diseases

The neglected diseases are a heterogeneous group of diseases having in common the lack of clinical research. Reasons behind this are different:

  • low return on investments (e.g. Rare Diseases, 7000 diseases, affecting 350 million people)
  • impacting the poorest countries (e.g. TB and Malaria, affecting 3.2 billion people)
  • occurring in limited health infrastructures (e.g. Neglected Tropical Diseases, 17 diseases affecting 1 billion people).

So different diseases should have a common approach to overcome the above issues: capacity building for the creation of an environment that can trigger virtuous paths leading sustainable outcomes.
R-Evolution Group's intention is not to make profits for itself, indeed its aim is to promote clinical research projects on neglected diseases.
